We are located in the beautiful farm road of Glenmavis in between Airdrie and Coatbridge with stunning views if the Campsies.
In our gorgeous farmhouse we have 4 stunning luxury ensuite rooms each with their private hot tub area.
We are very down to earth, very friendly and warm, extremely accommodating, very approachable and we just simply dog and animal daft!
We absolutely love living here, it's so peaceful, very relaxing and I feel totally lucky to be hosting my house to others that can enjoy it too!
Price includes a tasty breakfast, (try my famous pancakes) fully equppied gym and of course your own luxury private hot tub.
We love meeting people from all around the world and now we cant wait to meet you and welcome you to our home.

Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit is non refundable, but in certain circumstances, we can transfer it to a different date or or different name, see more below:
If you cancel one day before or on the day of your booking, you are due the full room rate. This will be charged automatically to your card.
If you cancel within 2 - 6 days your date, your deposit is non-refundable, nor is it transferable.
If you cancel within 7 - 10 days, then we can transfer your deposit to a different date or name if we can fill your room. If not, your deposit is non refundable.
If you cancel your booking 10days+, then we can transfer your deposit to a different date or a different name.
If you have paid over your deposit amount then difference in monies will not be refunded but transferred to a different date, but you still will forfeit the £75 deposit from the total paid.
CHANGING DATES:
Please refer to above for timelines to change your date.
If your booking has a special offer that is no longer running this is not transferable nor partially refunded.
TWO OR MORE ADULTS:
Before booking, kindly reach out to us as the hot tubs located at the rear of the property can only accommodate a maximum of two adults at a time. Send us a message, and we can arrange for you to stay in the Sleeping Dog accommodation.
HOT TUBS:
Quick heads-up: Our hot tub fun comes with a friendly reminder. We've got a 10.30pm hot tub cut-off to keep the peace with our lovely neighbours and other guests.
Feel free to enjoy your tunes, just keep the volume chill low level and turned off after 9.30pm! 🎶 We know that rules are a drag, but indoors, you're free to let loose and enjoy! Thanks for understanding, and here's to a relaxing yet fun time! See you soon! 😊 😉
SMOKING;
There is a strict no smoking policy inside the house, we do however offer ashtrays and you can smoke outside next to your hot tub. 😀
There will be a £200 cleaning fee if we find you have been smoking in the rooms this will automatically charged to your card.
DAMAGES:
Any damages caused by you or your partner, will automatically be charged to your card.
We expect you to respect our property like your own home 😊
