HOT TUBS:
Quick heads-up: Our hot tub fun comes with a friendly reminder. We've got a 10.30pm hot tub cut-off to keep the peace with our lovely neighbours and other guests.
Music, just keep the volume chill low level and turned off after 9.30pm! 🎶 To enjoy the relaxation and peaceful surroundings.
SMOKING;
There is a strict no smoking policy inside the house, we do however offer ashtrays and you can smoke outside next to your hot tub 😀
There will be a £200 cleaning fee if we find you have been smoking in the rooms this will automatically charged to your card.
DAMAGES:
Any damages caused by you or your partner, will automatically be charged to your card.
We expect you to respect our property like your own home 😊
Breakfast £15 Per Person breakfast is served directly to your room at your chosen time 🌹
Lost Keys
£25 charge, payable on checkout if key has been lost.
